If I was getting a PS3 I'd wait out til at least the first of the year, The first run of PS3 is going to have bugs... Remember the first run of PS2 or the XBox 360?

It's bound to happen and happen big with the PS3.

That's exactly what I said a few pages back. The first generation of a piece of computer hardware almost always has issues. The first 100000 or so original Xboxes shiped without any functional cooling fans I believe...

Alot of them that had the video problems, the fans were actually in Backwards or they didnt work at all.

But oh well. If Grim wants to waste his money, I'm not going to stop him.

That's right, they were in backwards. Pumping hot air into the Xbox. Brilliant.

Don't forget the evil disk read errors that early PS2s had ("Sorry, but your new game will not work on this system, ever.").
